Robert Cuming, CEO said “it was positive to see many St Albans businesses keen to find out how to look after the mental health of their staff. It’s vital that employers create a positive atmosphere in the workplace that promotes a place where it is safe to enclose about ill mental health and not be judged or discriminated against and we are able to equip organisations to do this with our support services.”
