Do you want a more loving, healthy relationship with yourself and others?

This experiential one-day workshop reveals the hidden dynamics behind our personalities, and how early bonding and childhood experiences leave imprints on mind and body.  We see how this has been affecting our ability to trust ourselves, and impacts all our adult relationships – with partners, children, siblings, colleagues and friends – as well as our  physical health and our choices in life.

Based on psychotherapist Bert Hellinger’s ‘Family Constellations’ work, this evolving new therapeutic process – called ‘Identity Constellations’ – is effective in resolving destructive cycles of unhappiness. It allows us to see what is going on at a subconscious level, including the root causes of family patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, loneliness, addictions and even illness that many of us have been carrying.

Through Identity Constellations we begin to recognise the ‘survival strategies’ that have been running us and holding us back. Through this workshop we will learn how to break these patterns so that you can live healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives. This approach draws from a number of other modalities, including Gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic therapy, hypnotherapy and systemic family therapy

The explorations allow us to access and integrate our unconscious feelings and our real needs.  We begin to know and trust ourselves more deeply, enabling us to build our ‘healthy self’, gradually becoming more self sufficient and creating healthier relationships.
